The Insight Network provides clients with high utility services and products that maximize understanding and improve outcomes. The Insight Network's cross-sector approach, which includes collaborative planning and facilitation services, leverages the assets of multiple policy disciplines, including program evaluation, applied research, regional planning, performance measurement, and community indicators, to enhance community and agency impact. 
The Insight Network is led by Kendra Lodewick, Principal at Program and Policy Insight, LLC (PPI), and Kari Parsons, President at Parsons Consulting, Inc., who have partnered together since 2007. Their joint-collaborative projects include diverse clients and goals. The Insight Network functions as an agreement between PPI and Parsons Consulting, along with other Insight Associates, to provide reciprocal on-call consulting services and jointly engage in projects, with one company serving as the fiscal agent. Insight Associates have long standing collaborative experience working with PPI and Parsons Consulting. The Network welcomes new partners interested in collaborating on projects of mutual interest for maximum impact.
